LOS ANGELES (June 19, 2009)--Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer is celebrating his birthday Saturday by inviting combat veterans to the show.
Twenty wounded U.S. soldiers will be Kramer's personal guests Saturday at the Aerosmith show outside Washington.
All of the soldiers served in Iraq or Afghanistan and are getting treatment for their injuries at the National Naval Medical Center.
Kramer said he can't think of a better birthday gift than sharing his music with "these brave and heroic warriors."

Great!! Too bad those of us who served in VietNam didn't get this kind of treatment. When we came home people spit on us and called us baby killers! We were even advised by our commanders NOT to wear our dress uniforms in public for fear we would be attacked.
