Brad Paisley Leads In CMA Nominations
Brad Paisley netted the most CMA nominations Wednesday.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (September 9, 2009)--Brad Paisley leads the Country Music Association nominations with six and Taylor Swift snagged a nomination for the show's highest honor, entertainer of the year.
The 19-year-old sensation's nod is the first time since 2000 that a solo female artist has been nominated in the top category.
Swift joins Keith Urban, George Straight, Jamey Johnson and Zac Brown with four nominations each.
The CMAs announced nominees in five categories on Wednesday on ABC's "Good Morning America," and announced other nominees later in the morning on the CMT network in Nashville.
Swift's CD "Fearless" has sold more than three million copies nd made her the top selling act in country and in pop.
Her competitors in the top category are Kenny Chesney, Strait, Paisley, and Urban.
