Waco Native To Co-Host Oscars
Waco native Steve Martin will co-host the Oscars next spring.

LOS ANGELES (November 3, 2009)—Waco native Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin will co-host the Oscars next spring.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences says the two Hollywood veterans will share hosting duties at the 82nd Academy Awards ceremony, on March 7, 2010.
Martin has hosted the show twice before.
Baldwin is a first-timer.
Martin was born in Waco in August 1945, but grew up in California.
