The first ever Texas Angels Pageant, a beauty pageant for children with special needs, will be held on Saturday - February 25th.
The event will be held at the Lee Lockwood Scottish Rite Museum at 2801 W. Waso Drive in Waco.
The pageant is open to boys and girls with special needs between birth and 21 years of age. There is no entry fee.
