Lori Gail Gutierrez-Johnson, 25, of Mart, and her children Cinnamon Kashmein Unique Johnson, 2, and Robert Elijah Nadaniel Johnson, 5, died in the crash.

The driver of the pickup truck, James Mark Baize, 40, was also killed in the crash.

Robert Eric Johnson, 25, who was driving the car, was taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco.

He was treated and released.
