(November 29, 2011) - The Blue Star Mothers gather packages, cards and gifts to send to troops overseas every year with the help of VFW Post 6008.
But, due to an overwhelming demand for help in other areas, the VFW is unable to help this year with postage.
The Blue Star Mothers are asking for donations to ship those gifts in time for Christmas.
