Coryell County Grand Jury Returns Multiple Indictments
The current session of the Coryell County Grand Jury has returned 46 indictments naming 36 individuals

GATEVILLE (October 29, 2009)--Thirty-six individuals are named in 46 indictments returned Wednesday by the current session of the Coryell County Grand Jury.

Floyd Allen Perkins, 32, of Gatesville, is named in two indictments charging him with sexual assault.

Edmund Collins, 42, of Hamilton, is named in two counts that charge aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Lacey Michelle Spencer, 19, and Mark Whittington, 28, both of Copperas Cove, were indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as well, and Whittington also was charged with deadly conduct and evading arrest.

Spencer Peter Williams, 40, Oglesby, was indicted for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

James Worthen, 35, of Copperas Cove, faces a charge of indecency with a child.

Jami Retherford, 24, and Larry Wayne Simpson, 30, both of Gatesville, were indicted for abandoning or endangering a child.

Dennis Lee Redden, 45, and Carlos Osvaldo Pedraza, age unknown, of Killeen, face indictment for arson.
