Central Texas Man Wanted For Sexual Assault Arrested In Florida
A 31-year-old Central Texas man who was wanted on warrants charging sexual assault in an incident involving a 15-year-old girl in 2008 was in the Coryell County Jail Tuesday after his arrest in Florida.

GATESVILLE (March 16, 2010)--Clayton Owen Batchelor, 31, a native of Burnet, was in the Coryell County Jail Tuesday charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault.
Batchelor is being held in lieu of bond $100,000 bond set by Coryell County Justice of the Peace Larry McDonald and on a motion to revoke probation from Mills County for a previous conviction for aggravated assault.
He was arrested Dec. 28, 2009, in Plant City, Fla., and was returned this week to Gatesville.
He refused to sign a waiver of extradition to be brought back to Texas so a governor’s warrant was requested and an extradition hearing was held in Florida.
The sexual assault charges stem from an incident reported in September 2008 when he was living with a woman in Coryell County.
Deputies received a report 15-year-old girl on was assaulted two occasions.
Warrants for Batchelor's arrest were issued in February 2009.

Well Sally I think your right! It is a shame that they get a slap on the wrist for what they do. I know this man and as far as Im concerened id be happy for the jail to fall on him!
our system has failed us,the scum bag will get less than he deserves,and be back on the streets in no time,our jails an prisions are over full,some do'nt deserve to be there,most do but they keep letting the rapist and child molesters out for some reason? hello world,lets do something to protect our children.
