The 60MPH is just for semi's and anyone hauling a trailer.

If you have ever driven through the State of Illinois you will know that is a state where the Semi's have to drive in the right lane and stay out of the left lane and the speed limit there for them is 60mph on the interestate and highways. The Illinois State Police do enforce this poloicy. They do not have nearly the problems with truckers as they do here. I think that would be a great policy here in Texas, may cut down on traffic backing up, and accidents.

You know when I pull my trailer I try to stay out of the way of traffic I try to not pass when I know I will cause a traffic problem. What about having the trucks drive only from 12:00 P.M. till 6:00 A.M.
