Cove, Mart Still On The Top Of The Heap
Copperas Cove and Mart hold onto their No. 1 rankings for another week in the latest AP high school football poll.

(October 8, 2007)—Copperas Cove remains No. 1 in Class 4A and Mart remains No. 1 in Class 2A in this week’s Associated Press high school football poll.
Waco High is No. 6 in Class 4A.
La Vega High School is ranked No. 7 in Class 3A.
In Class 2A, Teague is ranked No. 8 for another week and Salado is ranked No. 9, moving up a notch from last week’s poll.
Bremond enters the Class 1A rankings at No. 9 and Granger enters at No. 10.
