(November 8, 2007)--Fort Bend County Sheriff's Department officials say a Needville teen believed to have been kidnapped by her estranged boyfriend is back with her family after being found in Mexico.

Officials say 17-year-old Adelene Ruiz was in good condition on Thursday after she and her ex-boyfriend, 19-year-old Charlie Zelaya, were found earlier this week in Matamoros, Mexico.

Zelaya is being held in the Cameron County Jail.

He’ll likely be returned to Fort Bend County to face kidnapping, family violence and contempt of court charges.
