Good morning, it’s Friday, November 23, the 327th day of 2007. There are 38 days left in the year. It’s Black Friday, the traditional start of the holiday gift-buying season and one of the busiest retail shopping days of the year. Some stores are opening as early as 4 a.m., offering some deep discounts in hopes of pulling shoppers in.

The day should be cloudy and cool and there’s a chance of light rain tonight.
