Thanksgiving Day Brawl Leaves 2 Shot, 4 Stabbed

Police say two people were shot and four stabbed early this morning in a post-Thanksgiving brawl at a Fort Worth home.

All who were injured are expected to survive.

Fort Worth police Lieutenant Dean Sullivan says the fight began
when an ex-boyfriend and others showed up univited to a family's
Thanksgiving get-together.

Police say that at the height of the brawl, 22-year-old
Alexander Lopez pistol whipped a 48-year-old homeowner with her own gun after she went to retrieve it.

Others were cut with bottles and knives.

Lopez was charged with three counts of aggravated assault,
including two with a deadly weapon. Two others also face aggravated
assault charges.
