Good morning, it’s Tuesday, November 27, the 331st day of 2007. There are 34 days left in the year. After a chilly start, temperatures should rise into the 60s under a sunny sky.
A year ago today, President Bush gave the go-ahead to open U.S. highways to Mexican trucks. But the issue remains the focus of a fight on a number of fronts including the courts and Capitol Hill, and so far only a select few truckers are actually enjoying free access to U.S. roadways.
