(November 27, 2007)--Authorities have identified the third person killed in the deadly crash of a Dallas-bound bus in eastern Arkansas.
Arkansas State Police says 41-year-old Ana Contreras of The Woodlands, Texas, was one of two bus passengers killed in the Sunday night crash.
Also killed was 58-year-old bus passenger Raul Lopez of West Chicago, Ill.
The third person killed, 40-year-old Danny Okurily of Hot Springs, Ark. was driving a pickup truck hit by the Chicago-to-Dallas bus.
At least 19 others were hospitalized, including three children.
Several were in serious or critical condition.
The bus crashed on rain-slicked Interstate 40 about 35 miles west of Memphis, Tenn.
The Tornado Bus Lines bus crossed the interstate median near Forrest City, Ark. and collided with Okurily's pickup, then an 18-wheeler.
Bus driver Felix Tapia of Brownsville, Texas, survived with minor injuries.
Tornado Bus spokeswoman Jennifer Rodriguez said the Dallas-based company, which caters primarily to Hispanics, had no previous crashes involving its 75 buses.
She declined to provide further details on the crash.
