(December 5, 2007)—An early-morning shooting Wednesday claimed the life of Steven Paul Lloyd, 20, of Groesbeck, but Limestone County authorities aren’t saying much about the circumstances.
A press release issued Wednesday evening says deputies were responding to a call from a woman who said three men were outside her home on FM 1633.
The release says firearms were involved in “an altercation at this location between two parties,” but provides no other details.
An autopsy was ordered.
Investigators have questioned one of the parties involved in the shooting, the release said.
No charges have been filed.

When you are protecting your property or your life most people are not looking to shoot to kill but just to shoot so the person will stop or run off. Not everyone is an expert marksman to be able to hit the arm or leg. Too bad he was killed but he knew the chance he was taking. If you cant handle the results of you actions change your actions.
