TEMPLE (September 26, 2011)—A fire re-ignited early Monday morning at a Temple home that had been damaged by flames the day before.
Temple firefighters were sent to 8545 Iglesia Lane just before 4 a.m. Monday where the first units to arrive reported smoke and flames visible.
The house was vacant because the same residence had been the scene of a fire just hours earlier.
The woman who lived in the home was taken just after 4 p.m. Sunday to Scott and White Hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation but was expected to recover.
Fire investigators have not issued a cause for either fire.
