LAMPASAS (February 3, 2012)--A Lampasas man was in the Lampasas County Jail Friday charged with indecency with a child by exposure after a girl complained that a nude man was standing in the window of a neighboring apartment at night.
Police began their investigation after the girl reported to police that she and her mother saw a nude man in his apartment with all of the lights on and the window blinds open.
Police said other residents reported seeing the same thing in recent months.
Kenneth Manly, 66, was arrested around 2:15 p.m. Thursday, Lampasas Police Lt. Jody Cummings said Friday.
Cummings said this wasn't Manly's first arrest.
About a year and a half ago Manly was arrested on a charge of indecency with child by exposure, for which he was placed on probation.
Manly was held on a $25,000 bond Friday.
