(January 25, 2008)--A 41-year-old female dance instructor whose infant daughter underwent court-ordered paternity testing has been charged with sexually assaulting her 13-year-old male student.

Nueces County prosecutors say they've received DNA test results but couldn't disclose who may have fathered Sandra Borrego's daughter.

The girl was 6 months old when a judge ordered the tests in October.

Borrego taught folkloric dance at the Most Precious Blood Catholic School in Corpus Christi.

She was indicted Thursday on 22 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

According to an arrest affidavit, the teenage boy told police he and Borrego had sexual contact 20 to 30 times in the school's cafeteria and at Borrego's house.

Police say the alleged contact took place in late 2006.
