Water Line Break Sends Geyser Dozens Of Feet In The Air

WACO (September 7, 2012)—A water line break sent a plume of water high into the air Friday afternoon just off Franklin Avenue.

Waco firefighters were called to the scene in the 4700 block of Franklin at about 2:30 p.m.

The water was spewing more than 60 feet into the air and spray was drifting from the break onto Franklin Avenue.

Water department crews were also at the scene trying to cap the leak and stop the water flow.
