(March 27, 2008)--One of two Texas College students shot outside an off-campus dorm early today has been released from the hospital, but the other suffered a serious wound.

Tyler police spokesman Don Martin says 20-year-old Bobby Hughes was treated for a gunshot wound to the hand today and released.

But investigators say 19-year-old Roy Morgan was shot in the abdomen and is hospitalized in serious condition.

Martin says it's unclear what instigated the shooting.

The dorm is not located on the main campus of the historically black college.

Meanwhile, police continue to look for the gunman.
