BELTON (September 21, 2012)—A Killeen woman was being held in the Bell County Jail Friday after she was formally charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection with a car crash that took the life of another woman.

Jacqueline Kae Norris, 21, of Killeen, was ordered held in lieu of a $50,000 bond after her arrest by Belton police in connection with an April 15 accident that took the life of Susan Cebulski, 53, also of Killeen.

In an arrest affidavit Belton police investigators say Norris admitted to them she had taken LSD and methamphetamine before driving that day on U.S. Highway 190 near Loop 121.

The affidavit also says Norris was driving at speeds of 104 to 105 miles per hour, according to data recovered from the computer n her car.

Belton police spokesman Sgt. Larry Berg said Cebulski was taken just after 8 a.m. by ambulance from the scene to Scott and White Hospital where she later died.
