22 Indicted In Central Texas Burglary, Forgery Ring Save Email Print

(April 11, 2008)—The McLennan County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 22 people in an investigation of an alleged burglary and forgery ring.

Police began making arrests in the case in January after a yearlong investigation stemming from a series of motor vehicle, residential and business burglaries in which checkbooks, credit cards and personal documents were stolen.

The break-ins dated back to April 2007.

Shortly after the burglaries, authorities said, police began to get reports of forged checks, credit card fraud and counterfeiting, all stemming from the break-ins.

Does anyone know if they have pictures of these individuals? If not, where can I see them? I think I know one of these individuals but I want to be sure.

I don't know about the rest of these criminals, but Jason Cornett was one of our former students and he started out breaking into a classroom. Now I read his name quite often in the list of indictments. What happened to the three strikes you're out. He needs to do some hard time because he's been doing this since elementary school.
