KILLEEN (November 1, 2012)—Over two days in October Killeen police investigated two separate reports of residents being attacked with stun guns and officers are looking for suspects.

In the most recent, on Oct. 22, police were sent just after 10 p.m. to the 6700 block of Taree Loop after someone reported an assault.

When officers arrived they met with a man and a woman who said they had been walking in the 4500 block of Auburn Dr., when they were approached by two men who were jogging.

As the runners came closer, the victims moved aside to allow the joggers to pass.

But as the joggers got closer, one of the victims noticed one of the joggers was carrying something in his hands with a red light on it.

The victims described their attackers as black men, both 5-feet, 10-inches to 6-feet tall with a thin builds.

The suspects were last seen driving off in a silver Ford Fusion.

The day before Killeen police were sent just before 8 p.m. to the 1600 block of Stan Schlueter where officers met with two women who told officers that while they were walking two black men approached them from behind.

One of the men grabbed one of the victims and attempted to use a stun gun on her but she was able to free herself.

The other man assaulted the second woman with a stun gun.

When both women began running and screaming for help, the attackers fled on foot.

The first suspect is described as a black man, approximately 6-feet, 1-inch tall and 150 pounds.

He was wearing a purple hat, baggy jean shorts and no shirt.

The second suspect is described as approximately 6-feet, 1-inch tall and 150 pounds.

He was wearing baggy jean shorts and had a black hood over his head.

Both suspects are described as having a thin build.

Detectives believe that there have been more assaults involving these suspects.
