KILLEEN (November 22, 2012)-- A Killeen man who had posted bond and been released from the Bell County Jail after he was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child has been returned to the lock up after his arrest Wednesday on a second child sex charge.
Timothy Colt Castleberry, 29, who shows an address on Stagecoach, In Killeen, was listed Thursday on the Bell County Jail log where he was being held in lieu of $200,000 bond.
Documents show Castleberry was arrested on a warrant charging sexual assault of a child after a second victim came forward and named him as an assailant.
Killeen police initially arrested Castleberry on October 2 on a warrant after a witness saw inappropriate pictures of a young girl on a cell phone.
The photographs were found on Sept. 13.
An arrest affidavit signed by Bell County Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke says police were able to identify the young girl and in an interview she said she was sexually assaulted several times beginning in the spring of 2012.
The original affidavit says at least one of the assaults was by force.
The second arrest affidavit says a 10-year-old girl told police told officers beginning when she was only 5-years-old, a man forced her to have sex with him.
Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke set Castleberry’s bond.
