WACO (December 7, 2012)—Two people were injured Thursday night after their Ferrari crashed into a tree and almost hit a house.

Police and rescue units were sent just after 10 p.m. to North 23rd Street and West Waco Drive where they found a Ferrari had crashed into a tree in front of a house and was able to stop just before hitting the house.

The driver and a passenger were taken by ambulance from the scene to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.

Officers at the scene did not say how badly the man and woman were hurt.

Police say the accident still is under investigation.
