Waco Man Arrested At Border On Child Sexual Assault Warrants

LAREDO (December 26, 2012)—A Waco man was being held Wednesday in the Webb County Jail after his arrest on warrants issued in Waco charging aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.

Danny Xavier Reynoso, 21, was listed on the Webb County Jail log as in custody and awaiting transfer back to McLennan County to face the charges.

A spokesman for the U.S. Border Patrol detachment in Laredo said border patrol agents arrested Reynosa as he was trying to cross the international border into Mexico on Monday.

Reynoso was named in warrants that relate to an incident that happened in July at a North Waco home.
