Missing Mother And Child Found Safe

WACO (December 28, 2012)--Waco police said just after noon Friday a missing Waco woman and her 8-month-old baby girl have been found safe.

Waco police Officer Steve Anderson said Justine Giles and her daughter, Ai'Myracle Broughton, were located at a relative’s home and were safe.

The mother and baby had been reported missing since Christmas Day but Anderson said the media broadcast information Giles and her daughter and police almost immediately began receiving telephone calls with information about the mother.

While detectives were following up on those leads Giles contacted the Police Department to let officers know where she was and that she and the baby were safe.
