Salado Business Surprised By First Family's Visit
Salado's Silver Spur Theatre planned celebration with supposed "bride-to-be" who turned out to be connected to First Family.

(May 11, 2008) - One Salado business got a surprise Friday night before hosting the First Family and about 200 guest.

The Silver Spur Theatre had been planning a pre-wedding celebration since September for supposed bride-to-be Lindsey Lineweaver.

But, it wasn't until Friday night, when security guards and secret service agents showed up to the theatre than co-founder John Grainer Esch realized Lineweaver was the wedding planner for Jenna Bush and Henry Hager.

Guests of the first daughter and her fiance were treated to a sit-down meal among Texas décor and pictures of the couple.

Music selected by the bride-to-be herself played during the dinner.

Did they at least charge them gas prices for their meals? Everyone deserves a beautiful wedding but it is eating me alive how our country is supporting everyone else but us!!! I do not care about their darn wedding when I can barely put food on my table and gas in my tank and my husband and I make more that 70g's a year!!!

The gas prices are going to shut down this country, along with credit card abuse, if something is not done. As far as gasprices,--everyone stay home for a full day and watch the oil companies take it on the chin for a change.

You need to get your pictures fixed and video too! The video for Salado didn't work except for a commerical! And only half of the pictures of the wedding party worked! Thanks Catherine
