Man, Woman Indicted In Sale Of Child For Sex Acts Save Email Print

(May 13, 2008)—Federal prosecutors in Missouri have unsealed an indictment that accuses a man and woman of training the woman's 12-year-old daughter to be a dominatrix.

The girl's mother was arrested last week in Dallas.

Her daughter is now 20.

Prosecutors said Todd Baraku began training the girl in 2000, forcing her to engage in sex acts with him and with other men.

The mother is charged with encouraging and participating in the venture, according to the indictment.

Prosecutors will seek $80,000 the couple is accused of having made through sex trafficking in from their Missouri home.

John Wood, a U.S. Attorney, said the case is unusual in that a parent has been charged with the commercial sex trafficking of his or her own minor child.

Rachel, I too agree with you! This woman is a vile creature not deserving of compassion or mercy. Any woman who knowingly and willingly harms their own child is not a woman but a monster. The male (certainly not deserving of the title "Man") is a waste of precious space. An eye for an eye...

In most of these cases it is the man that has the hots for the child and the mother is willing to sacrifice her just to keep the man. These people are the lowest of human scurge. Lock them up in general population and let their new neighbors give them what they deserve. Most of the time though these kinds as segregated for their safety. ACLU really rocks here. I hope this young woman can find peace with herself and have a loving relationship some day.She is not at fault.

Why can't people love, love, love their kids? That Mother had no regard for her daughter and that young girl, if not in counseling, will probably have a hard time in society. I pray not. I also wish adults would not destroy a young life this demented way.

This girl is going to need a lot of counseling, I pray that she gets the healing that she needs!!

If they are guilty, hang them out to dry only after having them experience everything that they put their daughter through
