(May 21, 2008)—Police have found a vehicle suspected to be involved in a Hit-and-Run accident that left one teenager dead another in critical condition.
Bruceville-Eddy Police Chief Dan Ferguson confirmed Wednesday that police located the truck Tuesday, turning it over to the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Lab for processing.
The Bruceville-Eddy Police Chief says the truck shows extensive damage in connection with hitting a person.
Chief Ferguson also stated that police have talked to multiple persons of interest including the owner of the vehicle and have other persons of interest they still need to interview.
The accident happened on Friday May 9; Bree Anne Breichner, 17, of Bruceville-Eddy and James Preston Nolan, 18, of Valley Mills were walking home from a festival when a vehicle struck the two teenagers.
