(May 26, 2008)--Authorities in Arkansas say a stranger shot and wounded the bride, groom and two other people at an outdoor wedding, then was arrested after outraged guests chased him down.

A Pope County sheriff's official says the wedding was just ending Saturday when the suspect approached with a 9-millimeter pistol and opened fire.

No one else was hurt.

Authorities say the suspect "was not associated with the wedding at all."

Police arrested Patrick Paul Duvall after he was chased into a Russellville restaurant parking lot.

The bride, groom and a third victim are hospitalized.

One victim was treated and released.

well I have heard of shotgun weddings, but I doubt that this is what they meant....hope all recover quickly and can get on with the business of being married (and hopefully happy). This is one they will never forget!

Well, I hope they meant it when they said, "Till death do us part."

This has to be one of the most messed up things I have heard in awhile. The hospital is not the best place to have a honeymoon. But I guess it beats the morgue. Crazy.

I hope this ordeal only makes the couple stronger at heart and with each other stronger. My prayers are with them.
