(June 10, 2008)—Police are looking for a man who robbed a clerk at gunpoint at the Red Roof Inn on Interstate 35 in Temple around 3 a.m. Tuesday.

The clerk called 911 and told police that a black male wearing a black mask, a grey hooded sweatshirt and black pants stuck a gun in her face and ordered her to give him the money in the cash register.

The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

There was no indication which direction the man was headed when he left the scene.

Police are checking surveillance video from area business to find out which direction the man was headed.
