Funeral services for longtime Central Texas attorney Lyndon Olson, Sr. have been moved.

Funeral services for longtime Central Texas attorney Lyndon Olson, Sr., will be at 11:30 Friday at Waco’s 1st Presbyterian Church at 1100 Austin Ave.
Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
The services were originally to be held at Central Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Thursday at the Olson family home at 3800 Greenleaf Dr.
Olson died at his home Tuesday.
Olson was born on Jan. 22 1925 in Waco.
He was a Waco High School graduate who earned a law degree from Baylor University after serving in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He served as Waco city attorney and on the Waco School Board for 12 years.
He also served on the Board of Directors of the Brazos River Authority and as president of the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association and the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce.
Olson is survived by his wife, Francis, and sons Lyndon Olson, Jr., the former U.S. Ambassador to Sweden, and Charles Olson, a Waco attorney who is a past president of the Waco School Board.
