HARKER HEIGHTS (June 26, 2013)-A man and a woman were injured Wednesday morning in a one-car rollover accident on U.S. 190 in Harker Heights.
Harker Heights police Sgt. Roosevelt Wilson said at about 7:20 a.m. a Toyota sedan was eastbound on U.S. 190 at the Nola Ruth exit when the driver lost control and the car overturned.
A 39-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Scott & White Hospital for treatment and a woman, whose age was not known, was flown by helicopter also to Scott and White.
Wilson said traffic was slowed considerably while crews cleared the highway but had returned to normal flow by 8 a.m.
The condition of the man and woman who were injured was not immediately available.
