(July 4, 2008)—The Hollywood Video store in the 3100 block of S. 31st in Temple will be closed for the remainder of the day after an electrical problem that filled the business with smoke late Friday morning.

Several Temple Fire & Rescue units were dispatched to the store just before noon Friday after an employee reported the smoke.

The crews didn’t find a fire, but they did find smoke coming from an electric panel box.

Power was cut off as a precaution.
