Michael Alexander Soto, 24, of Rogers, was named in an indictment charging intoxication manslaughter in connection with the death of Brianne Nicole Pratt, 20, of Salado.

Pratt died December 1, 2013 at Scott and White Hospital, in Temple, where she was taken from the scene of a three-vehicle crash at around 6:15 p.m. in the 1900 block of FM 1670.

Police investigators said a southbound Dodge pickup truck crossed the centerline and struck a northbound Dodge Stratus that Pratt was driving.

The pickup also struck a northbound Mercury Grand Marquis, Belton police investigators said.

Soto remained in custody in the Bell County Jail on Thursday where he was ordered held on bonds totaling $258,500, online jail records showed.
