Blood Evidence Leads To Warrant In Insurance Company Burglary
Blood on a broken window has led to an arrest warrant in connection with the burglary of a local insurance company.

(August 14, 2008)—Blood that investigators discovered on a broken window led to an arrest warrant in connection the April 17 burglary of the Walker Insurance Agency at 316 E. Young in Killeen.
Based on the evidence, a warrant charging burglary of a business was issued for Sokou D. Thomas, police said Thursday.
Thomas is already serving a sentence for forgery in connection with the same break-in.
The warrant will be served at the prison in which he is held, Killeen police said Thursday.
Money and checks were stolen in the burglary.
The blood investigators found on the broken window was analyzed at the Department of Public Safety Crime Lab in Waco, which contacted Killeen police on Aug. 1 to advise that a match had been made.
