(August 18, 2008)—The Beverly Hills Police Department said Monday it has identified the victim of a deadly weekend auto-pedestrian accident as Justin Paulk, 20, of Alabama.
The department had asked for help in identifying the victim after the accident Saturday morning.
Paulk, who was in Waco with a Christian group, was struck around 10:20 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of South Valley Mills and Industrial Drive.
Police say it appears he stepped into the path of an oncoming vehicle.

R.I.P. Justin!!! I remember when all of us use to go outside everyday and play basketball or baseball in your front yard. That was the good old days. It's still hard to believe that you are gone, but I know u are in a better place. Love and miss you Justin!!!

My name is drendon oliver and justin paulk was my best friend, but more like a brother to me. We grew up together as next door neighbors on Litchfield Ave. We been friends since i was 9 and we pretty much did everything together but our favorite thing to do was to play basketball. We played basketball everyday in our backyard none stop. We also played a little bit of football in his front yard too. But to tell you the truth i miss him alot i think about him each and everyday. Even tho i know he's in a better place but sometimes i feel like he's still around becuz its so hard to believe he's gone. Deep down in my heart he's with me like everytime im playing basketball i know his with me running up and down the court he's like angel on my shoulder. But i want to let his family know that i love them very much and im here for yall (darren, shun, and cody)
