Caskets Found Floating In Lake Taken To Mortuary
Three caskets found floating in a lake after Hurricane Ike struck have been taken to a mortuary in Beaumont.

(September 18, 2008)--Three caskets found floating in Sabine Lake after Hurricane Ike struck have been taken to Broussards Mortuary in Beaumont.

Port Arthur police Sgt. Ken Carona told The Beaumont Enterprise that the caskets were found Wednesday.

Police don't know where they came from.

A number of caskets have surfaced since Ike struck the Texas Gulf Coast last weekend.
