Guilty Plea For Intoxication Manslaughter
A Central Texas man is charged with killing a man on Fort Hood while driving drunk.

(October 10, 2008) - Ravis Neal Key II plead guilty at 1 p.m. Thursday in the U.S. District Court in Waco to driving drunk, hitting and killing Andre Araujo while on Fort Hood. The accident happened July 1.
Key is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possibly up to two controlled substances when he hit and killed Andre Araujo on base.
It is not clear whether Araujo was walking or hit while in another vehicle. By pleading guilty, Key will not face a trial.
Sentencing on the case is set for Wednesday, December 3rd at 1pm.

I dont think it cost the state 50 grand a year per person to live in prison...I make less than that a year and my wife and son live very happy lives. And this man was a soldier, he made a mistake and he will sit in prison because of it. Its tragic that this accident happend and I feel sorry for the victims family involved...but life will move on and I seriously doubt you will see any adjusments in your taxes "Heart-O-Texas"...

There just doesn't seem to be 'any' justice for any victims anywhere?? Now This will cost 'US' $50,000 a year for this criminals Prison time!!
