Guard Members Investigated In Death Of Iraqi Civilian
Two National Guard soldiers are under investigation in the death of an Iraq civilian, a Guard spokesman confirmed Friday.

(June 23, 2006)--A National Guard spokesman says two soldiers are being investigated in the shooting death of an Iraqi civilian earlier this year.
Spc. Nathan Lynn and Sgt. Milton Ortiz are both members of a Pennsylvania National Guard combat team that started returning home this month.
A Guard spokesman says neither man returned to the U.S. with the rest of their unit.
The Patriot-News of Harrisburg quotes a member of Lynn's unit, who says the civilian was shot during a home search in February.
Just Wednesday, the military announced seven Marines and a Navy sailor face charges of killing an Iraqi civilian in April.
Four Army soldiers are facing murder charges in the shooting deaths of three Iraq civilians last month.
