I agree Heart-of-Texas. There is too much talking on cellphones while driving these days. It seems like the bluetooth headsets are not that popular. I was in a rollover accident on I35 a couple of months ago. It wasn't my fault. I was scared to death while flipping through the air. I have been to many cities, and Waco drivers are really bad. Seems like everybody thinks they are a racer and that they have a fast car. I mean the tuner-type crowd. I love cars myself, especially sports cars. These tuner types seem to think that it is fun driving down the streets as fast as the traffic will allow rather than flowing with traffic. If you want to race, go to a track. I have seen drivers with nice, fast cars in Waco. Mercedes, BMW M3s, Corvettes, 350z, a couple of Porsches, even a Ferrari. I observed these drivers observing the speed limit and driving careful when in fact they have the fastest thing on the road. Drivers ed needs to be reformed a whole lot.
