A Secret Service agent faces public intoxication and other charges after an incident at a Waco bar.
Police say 30-year-old John Scott Lewis argued with a bar
manager and became so unruly he had to be shocked with a stun gun
to be arrested.
Lewis is free on one-thousand dollars bond after he was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and reckless damage to property.
Waco police say last Friday's incident started when Lewis
started arguing with the manager of a Waco bar who asked him to
leave for being rude to other customers.
Lewis was treated for minor injuries, then booked into the
McLennan County jail.
The Secret Service says he's still with the agency -- and
declined further comment on the incident.
