Dragging Victim’s Mother Sees Autopsy Report Save Email Print

A | A | A

(December 3, 2008)--The mother of a North Texas man who was dragged to death said an autopsy showed his body was so badly mangled that it couldn't be embalmed.

Jacqueline McClelland told Dallas-Fort Worth television station WFAA that she saw a copy of the report of the autopsy performed on the body of her son, Brandon McClelland.

McClelland indicated the report said that her son's skull was severely fractured and one of his legs was almost ripped off.

Authorities say two other men, both of them white, ran over and killed the 24-year-old black man, after an argument on the way home from a late-night beer run in September.

The family has met with a special prosecutor and the case is expected to go to a grand jury next week.

This is so appalling!! There truly no words to describe how horrific this really is. I have four boys myself and I just can't imagine. Bless this family and may her son rest in peace.

I agree Just Sayin, I'm not sure if it was a racially motivated crime. But how awful for any mother to know these details of her son's death. Being drunk is no excuse and these two need to fry.

That is so sad! I can't imagine how the mother must be feeling.

Yes...these men are sitting in a jail cell, being fed, clothed, etc...whatever their sentence here on earth...GOD will judge when they reach the Pearly Gates of Heaven...Hell is eternal...Pray for the family of the victim.

It's not enough just to kill someone anymore. What is the world coming too? Scary times folks.

No needle for these guys! I am all for running the guys over who did it, then drag their butts behind a car until they are almost dead, then, let them die a long, slow, agonizing, painful death. Sounds more fair then letting them sit in a nice warm jail, getting well fed and cared for while they wait to be lethally injected, only to cost the taxpayers more money a year, than a family of four has to live off of, and still have bills to pay! My prayers to the young man's mom who has had to endure something that is probably much worse than dying slowly. The death of your child, brought on by a couple of drunken hicks. Sad times we live in.

I dont know if this was racism or just 2 sick rotten b***ards. either way, I hope they get the needle..
