(December 23, 2008)—Five cell phones seized in the investigation of former Meridian High School Principal Kelly Parker have been sent to the Department of Safety Crime Lab where technicians will determine if any messages were erased, Meridian Police Chief Albert Biggs said Tuesday evening.

Parker, who, according to an arrest affidavit, sent more than 80 sometimes-graphic text messages to a 17-year-old girl, was arrested around 3:45 p.m. Dec. 16 at the high school.

He was freed the next day after posting $25,000 bond.

Biggs said two of the cell phones belonged to the victim, two belonged to the principal, and one belonged to another girl.

The second girl is not classified as a victim at this time, but Biggs said, "The phone may have some information that may help the investigation."

Biggs says the lab told him the analysis could take a minimum of six weeks.

According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Parker allegedly sent 81 text messages to the high school senior, including messages describing his genitals.

According to the affidavit, one of the messages stated, "its been a long time since had a principal student relationship."

The victim, who is referred to as Jane Doe throughout the affidavit, told police that Parker offered her money in exchange for "kisses," "hugs," and "sex."

The affidavit states Jane Doe told police that she used to babysit for Parker, and he would tell her dirty jokes, buy her things, and give her cash.

She said he even bought the cell phone for her that he was using to text her.

According to the affidavit, Parker allegedly called Jane Doe as she was meeting with police.

It also states that Jane Doe told police she did not want a sexual relationship with Parker, telling police she told him on a number of times she wasn't interested, but that he persisted texting her.

Yes, I know his wife very well and this is exactly why she left him. Not to mention the affair he had in Brazoria and had to resign because of it. This is an ongoing cycle of Parker's as far back as 10-12 yrs. ago, he just finallly got caught! Quit feelin bad for him or the girl, the main concern is these lil ones and their mommy. What an embarrasement for all of them!!

One lady's comment below was likely correct in that Mr. Parker's previous behavior as a school administrator was not thoroughly checked. If Meridian had checked with those schools, they would've found that this same type behavior took place in Brazoria, Timpson, and Goliad. He has a creepy obsession with younger females. That's why his wife left him. What's going on with Mr. Parker now? Where did he go?
