Two Charged After Police Catch Suspected Burglars In The Act
Two Central Texas residents were charged after police caught a pair of suspected burglars in the act.

(January 9, 2009)--James Glenn Moore, age 47, of Waco and Cheryl Leann Waller, age 30, of Gatesville were charged with burglary of a habitation after Gatesville police caught two suspected burglars in the act Thursday.
Officers were dispatched around 4:15 p.m. Thursday to a residence in the 500 block of Lutterloh in Gatesville after the home’s owner reported a break-in and said the burglars were still at the scene.
When officers arrived, they discovered property had been removed from the house and placed in a car.
The owner told officers the residents of the home were in the process of moving out and that no one was home at the time of the break-in.
