Central Texas Woman Killed When Truck Rolls
A 49-year-old Central Texas woman died Sunday afternoon when she was ejected from her truck in a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 35.

WACO (January 25,2009)—A 49-year-old Waco woman died Sunday afternoon when she was ejected from her truck in a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 35 just south of Waco.
The woman, whose name was not immediately released, was driving south on the Interstate around 12:30 p.m. Sunday when her Ford Explorer pickup veered out of the lane.
She evidently over-corrected, causing the SUV to roll onto the shoulder of the highway.
She was ejected from the vehicle as it rolled.
Witnesses told Department of Public Safety troopers the woman appeared to be using a cell phone right before the accident.
McLennan County Justice of the Peace Kristi DeCluitt pronounced the woman dead at the scene.

I AM WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWE BETTY'S QUESTAIN WHERE IS THE BLUE CAR THAT CUT HER OFF? AND WHO WAS GABBY, TEXTING? THAT PERSON HAS TO KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.

I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR WHO GABBY, WAS TEXTING? WHERE IS THAT PERSON? WHY WAS THE OTHER DRIVER LET GO THAT IS MANSLAUGHTER. THIS WAS A TRAGIC SENCELESS ACCIDENT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED PASS THIS LAW NO MORE CELL PHONES ON IN CARS.. ITS TO BAD IT HAD TO TAKE A LIFE BEFORE PEOPLE DECIDE NOT TO USE CELLS IN A MOVING VEHICLE. I PRAY THIS LADY IS IN A BETTER PLACE.

Just WHAT happened to the blue vehicle that cut MY FRIEND off?? Waco PD needs to be proactive in charging ALL guilty parties. When a friend and I were hit by a DRUNK driver back in the 90's they let HIM go also...do we see a pattern here??? And for all you who have comments and can't even leave your first names or where you are from...may God bless you and yours that you don't get cut off by someone not paying attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
