Edwards To Greet Homecoming Troops

FORT HOOD (February 18, 2009)-Rep. Chet Edwards will be in Central Texas to greet soldiers coming home from Iraq.

The congressman is expected to attend the Uncasing Ceremony for the 3rd Armored Calvary Division then tour Fort Hood on Wednesday afternoon.

The ceremony starts at 1 p.m. and will be held on post at the 1st Cavalry Division Parade Field near the corner of Battalion Avenue and 72nd Street.
