Arellano was driving on FM 66 about one mile east of Interstate 35 when her 1999 Ford Windstar swerved off the highway and rolled over several times just before 2 p.m. Friday.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of another mom, daughter, friend, etc. Although she was wearing her seatbelt was something more people need to do, but sorry she passed away. My thoughts and prayers are with family. God Bless!
